The workshop IWASI 2019 will allow only electronic submission of papers in PDF format. Papers must be submitted in their final version following the IEEE format. They must be double column and not exceed six A4 pages with all illustrations and references included. The size of the PDF files submitted must not exceed 2 MBytes. Prospective authors must submit their paper(s) via the Easychair web site.

3) After selection of papers, the authors will be informed about the decision of the Technical Program Committee by e-mail at the within May 2019. At the same time, the complete program will be published on the conference web site. The accepted papers will be included in the IEEE proceedings and available on IEEEXplore.

Submission Instructions for Proceedings (Final Camera-Ready version)

All the accepted papers, submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Proceedings, must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility.

IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

Please note that it is MANDATORY to upload the IEEE PDF-EXPRESS generated file only for the FINAL SUBMISSION and in the FINAL SUBMISSION window.

3) Create IEEE PDF eXpress account
4) Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDF(s) for Checking
5) Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
6) Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) to the Conference Record.
